Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of DeepRest Blanket's website, products, and services. They explain rights and responsibilities for both you and DeepRest Blanket, including ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and acceptable use. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific agreement (for example, a separate wholesale contract), the separate agreement controls to the extent it expressly says so.

Ordering and Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by DeepRest Blanket. We may accept your order by confirming payment and charging your payment method. Prices shown on the website include stated taxes where applicable; shipping and handling are calculated at checkout. We accept accepted payment methods posted on the site and reserve the right to refuse any payment method for fraud prevention.

If we are unable to fulfill your order (for example, due to stock unavailability or a pricing error), we will notify you and provide options — including cancellation and refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the cancellation.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates and depend on chosen shipping method, destination, and carrier performance. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the goods from us unless otherwise agreed. Please inspect all deliveries promptly and report missing or damaged items within the time frame specified in our support policy.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer returns and exchanges within the period described on our Returns page. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (customized or hygiene-sensitive) may not be returnable — exceptions are listed on the product pages.

Refunds for returned items are processed within a reasonable time after we receive the product. Shipping costs are handled according to the Returns policy — in many cases you will be responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to attempt to access restricted areas. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to) attempting to circumvent security, submitting false or misleading information, infringing intellectual property, or using automated tools to scrape content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you provide user content (reviews, comments, or images), you grant DeepRest Blanket a non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to display and use that content in connection with the site and our marketing. Do not post content that you do not own or that violates others' rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepRest Blanket's liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed — except where local laws require otherwise.
